For account, billing, technical support, or privacy requests, email support@proficienc.ca. Include the email associated with your account and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or API keys.

Your account & writing

Include the affected document title and what happened. Keep a workspace export before clearing browser data. Avoid sending private draft content unless it is needed to understand the issue.

Billing & subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are coming soon. When billing is active, you will be able to manage your subscription through your account. Never send payment card details in a support email.
